DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may

Knowledgeable in Internal Revenue Code and Regulations as they relate to
Cafeteria Plan administration and able to research questions in reference
material as needed |

Basic Excel and Word skills |
 |
Ability to balance figures and ability to analytically resolve differences |
 |
Accustomed to reading and interpreting Cafeteria plan documents |
 |
Provide excellent customer service |
 |
Review and process participant claims for reimbursement per Pinnacle procedures |
 |
Review, reconcile and process plan contributions including written and verbal
correspondence with clients regarding such contributions |
 |
Reconcile plan contributions and disbursements including reconciling bank
statements and internally generated reports |
 |
Answer Plan Sponsor and Plan Participant questions timely and effectively |
 |
Provide enrollment and communication materials to participants and plan
sponsors |
 |
Prioritize workflow to meet short, intermediate and long-term deadlines |
 |
Assist Pinnacle in improving processes and procedures with regard to Flex
Plan administration |
 |
Follow Company established procedures and maintain appropriate plan documentation
as required |
 |
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints during peak periods |
