manipulate, reconcile and analyze census data with little or no assistance |

Trust
Accounting review and analysis including receivables, reconciling items
between funds, loans, forfeitures, comparison of actual vs. reported rates
of return |

Allocation
Report-complete process |

Complete
reports within 2 weeks from all information received - including anticipating
timing of receipt of information and need for data request |

Provide
assistance to Trust Accountant regarding spin-offs and trust accounting
questions |

Reading

| EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE |
| Bachelor's
degree (B.A.) or equivalent from college or university in finance or accounting;
or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience. |
| LANGUAGE
SKILLS |
| Ability
to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional
journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to
write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the general public. |
| MATHEMATICAL
SKILLS |
| Ability
to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference,
and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to
apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to
practical situations. |

to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret
a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule

| CERTIFICATES,
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS |
| This position
requires no special certificates, licenses or registrations initially, however,
you must continue to work towards your designation of Qualified Pension
Administrator or Certified Pension Consultant through the American Society
of Pension Actuaries. |
