Job Title: Receptionist/Clerical
Reports To: Office Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly
Summary: Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to each employee or department in a friendly professional manner. Provide support and assistance to all co-workers by efficiently and effectively coordinating and/or filing all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Complete other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handle a large volume of phone calls with an upbeat, positive, professional attitude
Provide administrative support to all employees
Deliver the highest quality customer service to all clients
Create and organize the production of all front office duties
Organize and participate in projects to enhance our level of service
Exceed customer expectations by responding in a timely and professional manner
File, maintain and/or deliver all in coming and outgoing correspondence…manage all communications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Impeccable organization and efficiency skills
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
Enthusiastic sense of urgency in achieving goals
Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills - Verbal, Written, and Listening skills
Team Player - able to take on assigned tasks
Self-sufficient and self-motivated - works with little supervision, identifies opportunities and executes on projects to improve organization and efficiency of office
Mature, personable, and professional - interfaces with wide array of individuals, balances multiple tasks, and maintains positive attitude and energy
1 year minimum multi-line phone experience - with demonstrated successful performance
Must be able to work in a very fast paced and demanding growth environment
Bi-lingual a plus, not necessary
Hours & Compensation
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Range $9.00 to $10.50 per hours DOE, plus benefits
