Online Capabilities 
  • View Account: Once you log in you will find that your account balance information is kept right on the home screen so that you may easily check your balances. 
    • Pending Payments & Completed Payments: Under this feature you will be able to see the claims you have submitted, and whether they are pending or processed. 
  • Request Payment: You are able to quickly and easily create claim forms using the “submit claims” feature. There are a couple of vital pieces you need to keep in mind. 
    • You have to print, sign, and fax or mail your claims and supporting documentation. Once you create an online claim form you will be directed to print it out, sign it, and turn it in with your documentation. Once you create a claim form online you can view this information under the pending payments tab until we have processed your claim. 
    • Date ranges are still not eligible (see note below). Non-reimbursable items such as cosmetic procedures and non-medication over-the-counters (i.e. vitamins, band-aids, toothpaste) are still ineligible.  
    • Online submission is not a guarantee of reimbursement. The system will allow you to submit claims for elections you have not chosen and dates that are not eligible, this does not mean you will be reimbursed for these items; it means once we process the claims you will receive written correspondence. 
    • For medical claims: Start date and end date MUST be the same. Claims submitted as a date range WILL be denied and returned. 
    • KEEP COPIES: This policy is very important as the denial letter will only reference a claim submitted, you will need copies of your claim forms to find the denied item. We will not return copies of claims for partially reimbursed claims; we will trust that you have copies and will let you know which line items are being denied. It is our goal to process as much as possible when possible, so we make every effort to pay all eligible items and deny only those line items for which we require further action by you. 
  • User Info: You will be able to view the current contact information we have on file for you and request an update of your address if necessary.
